A Halloween treat! Directed by Rupert Julian, The Phantom of the Opera (Universal, 1925), is hailed to be Lon Chaney’s most famous movie role in this gothic suspense thriller. Based on the celebrated novel by Gaston Leroux, the story has become famous the world over on both stage and screen. Don’t miss this spectacular presentation with the sounds of the live Wurlitzer theatre organ newly restored thanks to the generous support of the Peter Lloyd Crotty Charitable Fund.
